31st July 2014 Unique documentary filmed and created by Alexander Kots & Dmitry Steshin: reporters of Russian tabloid "Komsomolskaya Pravda".

Alexander & Dmitry have spent 15 years of their lives making reports from the world "hot spots" - Syria, Lybia, Egypt and many others.
But this war, war in small town Slavyansk in East Ukraine became one of their own...
What was supposed to be a regular trip to Slavyansk turned into the 2 months stay in a seiged by Ukrainian Army city.
Stay under day and night shelling, with no power and water supply after bombardments.

Ukrainian government claimed to, but never provided a "humanitarian corridor" for the civilian population and about 60 thousands residents were locked in the bombed city, along with Komsomolskaya Pravda repoters.

People's Militia of Donbass under command of Igor Strelkov had to fight against Ukrainian Army forces exceeding them dozens of times to defend the city.
Ukrainian Army took over mountain Karachun сommanding ground few kilometers from Slavyansk and placed there multiple rocket launchers GRAD and heavy artillery. Often not the checkpoints of Militia but residential areas were shelled, including hospitals and schools.
Semenovka, small village on the outskirts of Slavyansk was bombed to the ground and burnt with phosphorus shells unconventional weapon.
Both militiamen and residents of Slavyansk have shown outstanding courage to fight for independence of Donetsk Republic. That's what 89% of them with 75% attendance voted for on May 11th referendum.
